Lesson 2 Reflection

    1. What are you most proud of in your Lesson 2 Presentation and why? To be honest i'm proud of actually putting time and effort into this presentation. It all pays off in the end when your done presenting in front of the class. The Information that I was able to present was all researched and really was my strongest ability in my perspective.
    2. What assessment would you give yourself on your Lesson 2 Presentation (self-assessment)? I feel like I met all the requirements so I should deserve a P. I didn't do anything AE worthy nor did I do something terribly bad.
    3. What worked for you in Lesson 2? I felt like explaining all the information and presenting it was my strongest point for this whole lesson 2. I really researched enough to get to a point.
    4. (What didn't work for you) If you could go back in time and improve on something from my lesson 2 what would it be? I would definitely work on my speaking and presenting skills such as eye contact with the crowd and not looking at the board most of the time.
    5. What do you think your answer #2 is going to be? I will have it do mainly with nutrition and the importance of having the right meals at certain times of the day. This is definitely a factor of muscle growth. For my answer #3  I will have it based mostly on Supplementation and the importance of taking supplements before and after a work out. This is also another factor of muscle growth.

Blog 11 : Mentorship 10 Hours

Where are you doing your mentorship?

I am currently mentoring at Spartan Fitness. I am trying to contact other experts in bodybuilding so I can get different views on working out. Like certified personal trainers from 24 hour fitness. But it would be hard to talk to them if your not paying for their training background.

Who is your contact?
Eric Bugarin

How many total hours have you done (total hours should be reflected in your mentorship log located on the right hand side of your blog like your WB)?

Currently I have 76 hours of mentorship but I have 46 hours logged in. I need to type it all up but I do have everything on paper.

Summarize the 10 hours of service you did.
Im guessing this is for the mentorship during break. So it was my second time going to the gym but this time I was with my mentor/ cousin. It was basically a day of him teaching me the basics and everything you need to know at the gym. Most importantly the workout.

Senior Project : the holiday

What did you do over the break with your senior project?
I learned a lot of new stuff mostly training workouts. I also developed my own new workout plan that is made for every week. Its really a big change for me because I have always been sticking to the same workout every time. Spicing it up a little and adding new workouts helps a lot.

What was the most important thing you learned from what you did and why?  What was the source of what you learned?
I honestly learned that changing up a workout plan every week will Really target other specific muscles in the body and you could really start to see results faster. I don't really understand this question. The main thing I learned this break was making a workout plan and dieting plan. These two important factors were really taught by both of my mentors.
If you were going to do a 10 question interview on questions related to answers of your EQ, who would you talk to and why?
I would talk to a professional bodybuilder but I still haven't found a good one who really knows everything. My mentors know a lot of stuff but they would probably be able to answer most of them but not all. Soon I will find a beast professional bodybuilder.
